Hi Guys,

I have a note to your German translation of Newsbin.
OK, the words in German are usually longer than in English, but the translation in the dialog boxes is rather poor. Terms are cut off and are no longer readable, text runs through checkboxes.
Some Items are not translated.
And what is
"Schneide die Auswahl und kopiere sie in die Zwischenablage" (Cut the selection and copy it to the clipboard)
"Kopiere Auswahl in die Zwischenablage" (Copy selection to clipboard)
"Füge den Inhalt der Zwischenablage ein" (Insert the contents of the clipboard)
in the context menu.
In any German program it works like this: (same as in English and the in English Newsbin)
"Ausschneiden" "Cut"
"Kopieren" "Copy"
"Einfügen" "Insert"
In each new version I hope this nonsense to be removed.
I like your great program, but the German translation is bad.

I would to offer my help if a native speaker is not available.

The translations are 100% volunteer driven. We'd welcome your help in cleaning it up. It is handled through a wiki and then I build it into Newsbin. Once translations are complete I can go through and make adjustments to keep words and phrases inside buttons if the translator can't come up with a translation short enough to fix the existing area.

Take a look at the Newsbin Translation FAQ and if you are up for volunteering, let me know and I'll set up an account for you on the translations wiki. I usually give out some free access to our Internet Search service for our volunteers in appreciation.

Thanks
