Create failed files, wish list, downloads tabs top of page

Newsbin 6.60RC4 v / Windows 8.1 64 bit

I've had a drive crash, new drive, fresh installation of Newsbin. Can't remember how to create tabs across the top of the screen for Failed Files, Wish List, Downloading? Help Appreciated, Bob

You have to drag them up there. Make sure the "Lock" button isn't pressed. Then click/drag the actual tab up to the top window.
