6.60 Downloading to Wrong Directory

I can't figure out why, but 6.6 is downloading to the wrong drive. It is sending files to my H: drive even though I have it set to the G: drive in options. I even looked at the .nbi file and it's set as the G: drive but it's downloading to H:
If I "Assign a New Path..." in the download list, it will go to the specified drive.

A roll-back to 6.56 sends files to the proper directory.

Did you search the entire NBI? I'm just not sure how it could pick a random drive unless it found it in the NBI file. To verify you did the correct NBI you can "file save/as". It'll show you the name and location of the NBI. Then just cancel instead of saving.

I figured out where and why I was getting confused.

In the .nbi file settings, downloadPath is set to G: - This is what I saw
but the group, downloadPath is set to H: - I forgot this existed. I don't even remember why I had it set this way.

However, in 6.56 I have the Group Property "Use Download Path" unchecked, so it follows the G: path.

In 6.6 the "Use Download Path" check box was removed so the setting didn't carry over and it follows the H: path.

I have it figured out. It's probably going to be rare, but it may throw other people.

Yeah. What threw me was you said it wasn't in the NBI.

That's not what I said. I said I couldn't figure out why it was happening and that my download destination showed as my G: drive. I didn't even know to look for group destinations to say it wasn't there.

What threw me was having the check boxes removed.

Perhaps I read too much into this.
