auto shutdown after header update

good morning!

i just updarted to version 6.60 and was a bit surprised when newsbin went into auto shutdown mode after i dled the fresh headers (and thereby the download list cleared). if i remember correctly this wasn't happening in the earlier versions. if this wanted and is there a way to make newsbin only auto shutdown after "real" downloads are finished?

The difference is that now header downloads are save and restored from the download list DB. I can think about it but there's no way right now to change the behavior.
