columns and compressed files

I'm running 6.60B16 build 4107. I can't figure out why I can't adjust the column widths with my cursor. Also I can't find a setting to show uncompressed files. I use Supernews. Also I only want the last 30 days of a group but it seems to download all the headers. I have it set for 30 days. Thanks.

1 - Hold down the left mouse button and hit escape. I've seen Windows get stuck in "no drag" mode.


2 - Set the "Download age" to 30 then right click the group(s) you want to reset and "Post Storage/Use Download Age". That should reset it to only download 30 days for that group. If you see a number in parens down at the bottom near "Cache" "(XXX)". This represents headers it's still importing. You might want to purge these first.

- Options/Settings/Open Data Folder
- Exit Newsbin
- Delete the "Import" folder".
