MessageIDFilter Question

MessageIDFilter seems to work fine in 6.60 RCs, but does not seems to work in 6.56 Release. I deleted Filters.DB and let 6.56R create a new file, created a Profile named MessageIDFilter, and then populated the Subject Reject area with the same strings that work in 6.60 RCs. It seems that 6.56 works with one string, but ignores/skips/does not work when there are multiple entries to deal with. Can't say exactly how many strings are too many, but multiple strings in 6.56 seems to cause 6.56 to not Filter the strings. I currently have about 12 strings in the Subject Reject area.

Any ideas here why 6.56R is struggling here? Do I need to tweak a setting or delete any other files so as to start fresh to get this to work in 6.56R?

Thanks

Yeah, no idea. I'd have to revisit my original post on this topic and verify that you're doing it the way I designed it to work. It's possible the filters.db3 from 6.60 is no longer compatible with 6.56. In fact I'd say that's likely.

I understand. I have two different Filter.db files, one for 6.56 and one for 6.60 after our previous discussion. I even built a new one for 6.56 and MessageIDFiltering did not work in 6.56 with multiple entries even with a new Filter.db file. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Thanks
