Recover old download list, and then filter filetype

I have a strange question today. I spent the past ~5 days downloading a 1.5TB queue. When it was done, I wanted to delete all the useless text/html/etc files, so I organized the downloads folder by Size and then deleted all the small files. Immediately after doing so, I remembered that subtitle files were also small files, and that I had just deleted them all, thereby making most of the remaining downloads useless. (facepalm)

I did run a data recovery program but for some reason nothing was recoverable.

So my question is this: is there a way for me to (1) recover my Newsbin download list from a few days ago, when all of the downloads were queued up, and then (2) filter that list so it only downloads .srt and .sub files along with any rars with srt/sub files inside them? This way I can just re-download all of those deleted sub files quickly.

Or am I just going to have to re-add everything to the queue and re-download it all over again to see which ones have subs in them?

They're not in the recycle bin?

I don't know of a way to recover the download list after it's been deleted.
