Download priority not following downloading files list order

Thanks for a great product - this regards 6.60B9, although this problem has been around for a bit in V6, and I haven't seen an answer yet that I can find. When moving files up and down using Ctrl up and down arrow in the download list, the download priority does not seem to get updated to match the list order, which logically it should. This happens regardless of whether you are moving one or a number of file entries at a time. So when the reordered files get to the top of the list, they do not get downloaded and files further down in the list are getting downloaded instead. If you select some of the files and move them to the bottom and back to the top of the list, they will then start downloading.
