After secondary hard drive crash I get the above error message and newsbin fails to open. I have searched but find no solution. Can someone please let me in on the secret?

The configuration is stored in a text file that ends in NBI. More than likely there are folders in this NBI that point to either a missing drive or a folder your user can't write too.
One solution is to re-install from scratch. The other solution is to find the NBI and edit with "WordPad" and change the folders inside to valid folders.
