Search Facility Fails

I have recently had to reinstall windows 7 - 64 bit alongwith Newsbin 6.54, but each time I try to make a download I am refused with the statement that my trial period has expired. I never had a trial search & have been a regular user for about 4 years, so what is going on. I have installed my key number which was successful, but then fails when I try to do anything.
Any help out there?

You have to put your Newsbin key in then restart Newsbin. The search subscription is tied to the key. If you have more than one key, you might be using the wrong one.

If that doesn't work, use the support form on the main website to contact us.

I have done that several times now & I still get the same message. I only have one key.

I think I see your email. Dex will have to look you up. You know search and your news server are two completely different things right? You mention "bronze" member but, we don't have anything like that.

Dex will email back. I assume he's out and about.
