"Security Options" prevent opening from the tray — won't wor

I have all 5 of the security options set to my common newsbin password, and the otherfour work fine. However, when I hit the top right minimize button (-) it minimizes OK, but will not ask for the PW to enlarge into view. This cool feature worked a couple of generations ago. I'm using NBP v6.54 b3326 on a common win 8.0 machine. Thanks.
