Edit/Change Groups Names

Is there a way to edit the Groups names? Would like to change Unsorted to my first name, but can't seem to. Also don't use Custom_Lists, so would like to delete. Any tips?

Can't and Can't. They're specific names that Newsbin keys on to do certain processing.
