Newsbin crashed while loading headers into a tab

Newsbin just crashed. I opened a subscribed group, where I had loaded all headers before.
While it was loading the headers into the tab (a small blue animation repeated running from left to right (not the one which grows to a full blue line)), I realised that I don't have so much time, to load all the headers to the tab (the headers came from the Newsbin database and not from a usenet server) and clicked on the "x" on the tab to abort loading of the group. Then I got a crash report from Windows 7. My version is 6.53, build 3311. (The crash report nevertheless says 6.5.2.0.)
I have translated the crash report into english:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Hope this helps.
