Override Duplicate File Filters in 6.52

I am looking at upgrading from 6.42 to 6.52. I primarily use headers and need to know whether I can continue to override and bypass the duplicate file filter(s) in 6.52 (via Advanced Settings or otherwise). The same file may require multiple copies to meet varied contextual criteria individually or as part of larger groups. The inability to match multiple files to each of their larger groups would be a show stopper for me. Thanks for your help!

Sure you can disable it.

Your explanation about why you want to download identical files is clear as mud.

You can always override it by selecting the file and hitting Ctrl-Y too.
