Can't Contact Server

Postby nb_596469 » Mon Jul 21, 2014 3:29 am

Hi

I'm behind a proxy and cannot find where to put in the necessary details for the Search Server and Registration Server - the proxy details are fine for my Astraweb account etc. (since we can put in those directly for each server)

Thanks

At the moment, you'rs SOL.

I'll have to think about it. It'll need some code changes to add this.

I worked for a firewall company once. Many years ago. I was working on Newsbin as a fun toy at the time.

One time we were called in to analyze some guys net usage. He was downloading porn all day from Usenet from his company PC. He only stopped when it was lunch time, then it was back to porn for the rest of the work day. It was all spelled out in the logs. Pretty sure they canned him.

Hopefully they incinerated his KB and mouse as well.

I didn't know Malewarebytes blocked IP's but, now I do. I think you need to check into this.
