v6.52B3 nzb file handling

Just upgraded to v6.52B3 and noticed the nzb files are behaving differently than they were. They used to be placed or moved to /newsbin/loaded now they go... away. Disappear before my eyes. I can't find any trace.

It should have been mentioned in the release notes. They get copied to the datafolder\temp folder and then periodically, as they age, they get purged.
