Hi..
Using Newsbin Pro 6.52B2 Build 3191.. If i download the latest headers from say alt.bin.teevee and say <some shit of which we don't speak> it says Posted but the file size is only about 25mb.. But if i download it.. it downloads fine and complete... But if i search for the same file it comes back Posted and about say 1.7gb its bugging me now... Do you have any ideas how to fix this please.. I did a search but they where years old !

What news server are you using? I've seen inthe past where the headers lie about file sizes. Typically it's something the news server can fix.

Don't post what you download here. It's against the rules.

Sorry m8.. you live n learn... I'm using usenetnow but only the last few months has this problem surfaced...

You might want to contact them and mention it to them. Not too many people using headers any more. They might simply not have noticed that it's broken.
