tried to copy appdata - failed - advice please

I had to rebuild a PC which has NBPro 6.51 on it. Copied the AppData\Local\Newsbin folder on top of files which were created during the installation.

However, the original Newsbin.nbi file is hosed.

I have the stub which Newsbin creates. How do I modify that to point to the spool, chunks, history, etc., assuming they are not hosed?
