Hello,

Just installed the latest version a few mins ago and when I loaded up the program everything downloads fine until I turn on the speed limiter.

I now get this error when I turn on speed limiting:

[23:09:52] ERROR DG - Connection Failed: Tweak News Server Index:1 220 0 <1380303919.82140.50@reader.easyusenet.nl> article Socket - Read From Server FailedDNS - Unable to Find Server's AddressDNS - Unable to Find ServiceDNS - Unable to Find Peer Address

I turn it off and everything goes back to downloading fine.

Weird. I really don't know what would cause that. The speed limiter just puts a time delay as to how often Newsbin reads from the socket. There must be some other weird interaction with some other software causing this. You could try temporarily disabling any firewall or antivirus software, then reboot your machine and see if the behavior changes.

I'll have to try it. It's like it's pulling error messages out of thin air.

Okay, thanks. I'll give those things a try and report back.

I've been so busy I haven't had time to sit down and try the ideas to fix this. Was just letting it DL during the night when hubby wasn't playing online games.

However, installed 6.51B1 last night and gave it a try and it's working normally again. Thanks!
