Watch Topics problems after installing B16

Watch topics was working fine until I installed Beta 16. After the install it appeared that all my watch topics entries had been deleted. Upon further investigation I've discovered my old watch topics are listed under "Watch Topics" and there is now a second listing "Watch_Topics". Can I delete the newer Watch_Topics or should I move entries from the other one into the new one? Or in fact can I have and use both?

Yeah, it's in the release notes. I changed how they were stored and kind of screwed it up on the B15. B16 fixes it but, the damage might already be done.

I think you can fix it if you exit Newsbin then edit the configuration files and make sure all the watch list items have

Parent=Watch_Topics

In them.

When B16 is installed the Watch_Topics is created and empty. The old Watch Topics is still there with it's entries. You can move the entries from the old to the new, but first you have to create at least one watch in the new one. Once that's done you can select all the wtaches in the old one, right click on them and select Send to folder and select the new watch_topics. The Watch_Topics doesn't appear in the send to folder if it's empty.

Ha, I wrote it and didn't know you could do that. Good job.
