If I quit Newsbin and restart it for any reason, my downloads often start over rat5her than pick up where they left off. It makes Newsbin rather unusable for me as I have limited speed (countrified internet) and a bandwidth cap.
Is there a way to avoid this? I just have a 2 GB file that was near complete pretty much start over (it registered the first 120MB for some reason). Some of the complete files are in the download directory, but just ignored for whatever reason...

What version are you using? This whole process has changed significantly between 6.42 and the current beta.
