Download speed drops when downloading from more than one ser

Hello.
I've been using Newsbin Pro for a few years, and I must say far it's almost perfect
Now the issue I'm experiencing: A week ago I added a new server to Newsbin in order to counter incomplete files, but the problem is whenever I try to enable both servers at the same time, the download rate starts dropping randomly and going back up again like this (each vertical grid represents a 30 second interval):
But if I just enable one of them, the random download drop does not happen (notice on the graph that it normalizes after I disable one of them, and then maxes out my connection).
Is there anything I can do to counter it, or is this normal when two or more servers are enabled?
