Par2Repair.dll is Missing

I just rebuilt my machine and went from Win7-32 to Win7-64. Reinstalled Newsbin. Now when I start NB 6.42 build 2146 I get a message that Par repair is disabled, Par2Repair.dll is missing. I found the dll file in my programs(x86) newsbin folder, but not in the system32 folder. However it is in the SysWOW64 folder along with the par2repair64.dll file. I tried to copy the par2repair.dll file back into the sys32 folder, but it will only appear in the syswow64 folder and apparently Newsbin doesn't find it there. Anything that can be done to get rid of the error message?

I suggest you uninstall and re-install Newsbin using all default settings. Kindof sounds like there are still some 32 bit elements at play from your old install. For 64 bit Newsbin, the exe should be newsbinpro64.exe and the dll should be par2Repair64.dll. The dll should be in the program files folder, not in the system32 folder. You'll also need a tbb.dll which the installer should be delivering.

Thanks, that was the problem due to not uninstalling and reinstalling when I went to 64 bit.
