Hi I haven't seen this before o01 but also havent downloaded for 6 months so maybe its new. Anyway alot of nzbs are throwing me stuff like this but Newzbin doesn't process them into a watchable file. Any ideas please?

What version are you using? 6.50B14 should process them properly.

I have 6.41 and can see the update for 6.42 but not 6.5. I guess its in beta. Where can I get it please?
Edit...okay I found it.
I deleted the files from the files list tab and started to download them again. However now they go through real quick not even completing a full green bar in the download files tab. I see nothing in the file list but they dissapear from the download tab. so are they cached somewhere?

Wonder if they went to the failed list? That would be my guess since you already downloaded them. I'd pause, add them back to the download list, select the set and hit Ctrl-Y which should make it bypass the dup checker and then see what happens.

nothing in failed files. it looks like its just dumping them. There is a sliver of , green on top and grey on rest bar, appearing on the current progress bar then its deleted. runs through 20+ within a couple of seconds. It's doing the same many other nzbs too. Maybe its sensing it cant do anything with them and then dumping. Nothing the logs to say there is a problem - then again never found the logs too useful Image link not allowed for unregistered users

The logs tell me where to look. Otherwise there aren't enough clues.

I'd restart newsbin and look in the logging tab for the PAR DLL loading log messages, See whether it's loading the repair DLL or not.

What kind of machine is this?

These are the only log entries after the groups auto download (I xxxd the specific articles so should be within rules to post - sorry if not.)
As soon as they got to the download tab they were gone again.

I was looking to the starting messages. When you restart. These are normal download messages.

it all looks normal to me.
Starts up
Runs group updates
runs download queue

however those normal downloads don't get delivered anywhere that I can see and the logs don't show anything else.

Okay ..so I needed to reboot the server for something else and when it came back I could see the files getting added to the files list tab - great!
However as with previous version they did not unpack to a file to view. I've got a ticket in with the source and will get back to you.

This is what I wanted to see. I'd turn off aggressive assembly. It causes more problems than it helps. Probably needs to be removed at this point.

While it's downloading, you should see the par blocks counting up. Have you determined if these files are encrypted or not?
