Unable to create blank document
Posted: Sat Aug 03, 2013 7:28 pmI know this is out there, but the forum will not give me access even though I put my license key in the profile. so, I am stuck, anyone???

Your key was assigned to another account. You must have set one up a while ago and forgot about it. I straightened it all out for you.
