Unable to create blank document

I know this is out there, but the forum will not give me access even though I put my license key in the profile. so, I am stuck, anyone???

If you're using the 6.50 beta's, upgrade to the latest. If you're using 6.42, I'd suggest a re-install.

Your key was assigned to another account. You must have set one up a while ago and forgot about it. I straightened it all out for you.
