Files become corrupted upon restart of Newsbin

Postby JarJarRod » Fri Aug 02, 2013 8:57 pm

Hi, I'm quite new to newsgroups and Newsbin in general so please forgive me if this is something very simple.

I'm having a problem that appears after I have restarted Newsbin whilst a file was previously in progress downloading with no issues. When I restart Newsbin, the post immediately disappears, and when I reload the nzb it claims to be corrupted.

I have previously reinstalled Newsbin, and this seemed to correct the issue for about a month, now it's back to the same problem. Now I'm having a new problem on top of this: after a file has completed downloading, it won't unrar and remains stuck in my download list. I can also not manually extract the files.

I'm not sure if this is even a Newsbin issue or a problem with my server, but any advice, what my settings should be, etc. would be welcome.

Please help!

Might want to give 6.50B13 (or 14 if dex posts it) a try. It's getting pretty close to release.
