I have to rebuild a system, and I wondered if there's a way to uninstall one of my computers installation so as not to go over the three-system rule.

If you uninstall, the count is decremented. My advice is just not to worry about it until it's a problem. Then email us. Some people have been using the same key for 10 years now.
