Need help in stoping Download listing @ NB-Pro Startup

It is listing files that I have already D/Ld. Is there a switch to turn this feature off.
I am using ver6.50.
It seems to go into this mode after I have had to shut NB-Pro down because the windows aero ring
is spinning it's top. I monitor several groups but I disable them until I actually go into that NG screen.
It puts me in panic mode and I try to highlight them and go to remove from download list. After about the
3rd-4th time of doing this it stops the d/L listing.
As always probably doing something wrong. -\_/-
