Minor, tiny issue. Running Newsbin 6.42 Build 2148 on Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

When I mouse over the tray icon in the bottom right corner by the clock it always says "Newsbin - Running with Speed Limit".
I check and it is running full speed and speed limit is not turned on.

Just wanted to pass it on.

6.50 doesn't seem to do it so, I'm going to assume "fixed".

6.50 is in beta so, it's not really an update yet.
