Newsbin Pro Version 6 does not run under windows

Newsbin Pro Version 6 does not run inder windows

After my HDD died i had to install everything again, so NB Pro too. I had a license so didn't expect any problems with that. However when i tried to install NBP 6 this morning i got this nag i the header shown up.

I am wondering what is happening. It can't be Windows 7 because it did work before the HDD-crash. I tried everything i could imagine what was the cause, but without success. So hopefully you members has a working solution for me. The only thing i can think of is maybe it is caused by BitDefender Internet Security 2013. However i did put everything on "OFF" and tried to install again NBP 6 ... But maybe i didn't do t the right way. Maybe some of you can tell me what to do.

I'd simplify the problem and completely disable bitdefender. Do your install, reboot, see if it still works. If it does, at least that identifies the culprit, then you can focus on what to do with it to leave you alone. At least then you won't be potentially chasing the wrong issue.

I'm totally at a loss on this one. Maybe re-download the installer from out website?

When you registered Newsbin did you remember to close and restart Newsbin and then re-check the license tab?
