double headers?

Having this problem in v6, also had it in v5. I'm using 2 servers [Astraweb & Giganews] as Master servers. In some NGs, I get double headers, i.e. 2 identical headers for the same article. This used to hang V5 if I tried to DL 2 duplicate articles. V6 doesn't hang, but it appears to DL both articles and then discard one as a duplicate. Questions:
1. How much of an article does NB DL before it detects a duplicate and discards it?
2. Is this caused by using 2 Master servers?
3. Can this be corrected, other than using only one Master Server?

It's not happening here but, there again I might not be looking at the same groups that you do. PM me the name of the group and a subject and I'll check it out.
