Speed limiter Not working in 6.42

For some reason the speed limiter is not working properly in 6.42 beta build 2146.

I click the button to enable but it only stays on for 30 seconds then goes back by itself to full speed.

I figured out my own problem by pure luck .. turns out somehow the "scheduler " feature was enabled and i never use it .

It was overiding the limit speed option.
