64Bit Upgrade Error

I'd like to upgrade from v6.11 to v6.41 however I am receiving the following error dialog: "Internet connectivity is required for this installer to download the latest program executables." (I disabled my firewall, antivirus and spyware scanner.)
Please advise.

Did the manually download the install file and then run it?

I downloaded the file and tried to run it. I am receiving this error dialog when I do.

Still suggests the installer is being blocked off the internet.
