ERRORS e.g. CNNTPWorkerFileIO: Unable to Write to SpoolIO

I keep getting these error (randomly):
ERROR - CNNTPWorkerFileIO: Unable to Write to SpoolIO *************

I am also getting these errors (on other files):
ERROR - AutoPAR: Add File Failed, Unable to track File: ****************

The spool files are on an internal NTFS drive with 7 GB free.
I tried to disable the Antivirus (ESET NOD32), but it made no difference.

What could be causing these errors?

Any chance you're running 32 bit? This has cropped up before in that context, but may be unrelated. Are you actually getting failed downloads related to this?

Are you still getting a bunch of 430 errors and still have a bunch of partial files?

I am now also using a fill server, and I am trying to get Newsbin to complete the previous items in the download list.
Thus, I get the 403 error, but then the fill server takes over the chunk instead.

Assuming the disk drive isn't screwed up somehow and the paths are all correct, I think you'd get this error if you assemble something with no chunks downloaded at all.
