Assemble Incompletes does not seem to work

Using 6.40 2059 and when I try to assemble the incompletes it does not happen. I have the incomplete file in the folder with the .nb2 extension but they never get converted to the rar files so i can repair them. Am I missing something somewhere. When I was using 6.34 it worked perfect.

6.41b4 is much more aggressive about permitting assembly. Too aggressive if you ask me. The next version will back off that a little. In 6.40, if Newsbin thinks there are still outstanding chunks in the file it can download, it won't assemble. 6.41B4 on the other hand says assemble everything no matter what. RC1 will be a bit smarter. Smart assembly if you do the entire set of files or force the assembly if you just do one file.
I'd give B4 a try and only assemble individual files not, the entire set.
