Okay to change data path in config file?

Postby Questar_99 » Tue Dec 11, 2012 9:24 pm

My default data path is now on a SSD, I'm not sure I want to store gobs of headers there (feel free to talk me into it :))

There's no problem editing the config file to change the path, right?

There's a procedure for it. If you copy all the data files to and leave the NBI file where it is, you'll be all set.

The procedure for moving the Newsbin Data Folder is in the Newsbin User Guide, Advanced Usage section.
