Bottom pane is on the loose!!!

Some how the bottom pane is not docked to the top pane. I can bring it up by hitting view>downloads but it's not attached to the main or top screen.

Anyone know a solution to bring it back to default view

Under options, "Reset Layout on Restart" then restart Newsbin. The lock icon can lock the display into place once you get it into the position you want.
