Groups list not showing up in new installation

I formatted my hard disk, reinstalled the os and softwares, I did a backup of my newsbin data from the \AppData\Local\Newsbin folder, I only copied the spool_v6 folder and every file in the newsbin directory. Copying them back to the folder I am not able to see my group lists.

Can advise me on where did I go wrong and is there any way to get the groups list back?

The previous and current version of newsbin is 6.40 on a Win 7 x64 box.
