SSL / seach problem

Whenever I want to search inside on Newsbin 6.41B4 (also had problem with B2 and B3 at least), 2 things happens:

Error window appear with the message:
ERROR InterSocket - Error: SSL Negotiation Failed, Host: http://www.newsbin.com Error: SSL Connection Failed: 5 Error 0 The operation completed successfully

and then I got pop-up:
"Maximum size must be larger than minimum size to search"

And I get no results of search.
Needles to say that both sizes (Maximum and Minimum) are set without values (I also tried setting both to None, just in case, without any change).

Corresponding settings in .NBI file is:
[SearchTab]
ColumnDir=0
ColumnSort=3
MaxSize=0
MinSize=0
SearchSubject=0
SearchType=0
ShowFiles=0
ShowNew=0

Of course, I have valid search subscription.

Any help will be appreciated.

This doesn't mean anything. It's newsbin checking the MOTD timestamp. It's unrelated to search.

"Maximum size must be larger than minimum size to search"

In the display for search, set all the dropdowns to "None". Filter Profile, Age, Min Size, Max Size.

Then try a search.

If that doesn't work, look at the global filter profile (if you have one). Options/Filters. I'd try clearing out the global filter profile.

Set all parameters on search tab to "None", nothing new happened, still the same message.

I do not using any Filtering, but re-checked just in case and confirmed that global filtering everything is set to None and none of the filters are enabled. Only filter I am using is as display of one specific group (to remove spammers from the display), but that filter is not used for search.

Regarding SSL message, it did appeared in the same time as this problem, but that could be coincidental.

How about using the support form on our site and getting this going over email. I know that specific SSL error has nothing to do with this problem because it's not the address of the search server.

I think the size error is misleading and isn't the real issue.

Thank you for all help in support ticket, it was ESET firewall (although, of course, nothing changed in configuration of it last few months). After fully un-installing ESET Smart Security everything started to work and after installing it back, it continues to work, looks like firewall part of it had corruption in configuration.

Thank you, again.
