How to reset a groups list?

For instance, i have AW and Bn servers. I need to check availability of a certain group on AW, so i disable BN and download a groups list. But then i do the same in respect to the second server while having AW disabled there is already this group present in a list. Even if i hit refresh.Though in reality the second server doesnt carry this particular group
PS forte agent has a very informative groups window, letting you see which group is present on specified servers, showing upon updating if there were new groups added, or we can filter out old groups..would be ncie having something like that in Nb
