Bug report Can't create Output file error

I've found a couple of files where this happens as there is an illegal character in the filename that you are not stripping prior to trying to save the part
its a double !! character, stored in the nzb as –
I cannot even paste it here as the forum wont allow it, so I'm PM a download link for a nzb file to Quade
Im using 6.40 (2059) x64, Windows 7 x64

The NZB you send wouldn't load. Newsbin didn't like it. I used search to find the files in the NZB and they downloaded properly in 6.41.
I've not been able to find the illegal characters. When I Ctrl-R the files, I don't see them in the text. When I generate NZB's from search or from headers I can't find them either. It's sort of a myster to me. I see them in your NZB but, don't see them anyplace else. Newsbin doesn't use the subject for the filename so, that shouldn't have impacted download anyway.
