Custom Download Folder Filename

I upgraded from 5.59 to 6.40 and i was wondering if the "Download to New Folder" that was in 5.59 is going to be in 6.40 and above? or maybe change the $(NZBFILE) option?

Lets say i had a file called ActionMovie-HD.nzb and long usenet name of the files is something like 123456-a.b.ActionFilm-ActionMovie-HD-1/100 (honestly i dont know what its called but thats what i always see) and of course you got the actual filenames.

The Download to New Folder option in 6.40 is similar, but you have to manually create a new folder and then type in a new name. The $(NZBFILE) option would create a proper dir but also a subdir for the files, for example C:\ActionMovie-HD\123456-a.b.ActionFilm-ActionMove-HD\(files). i dont like subdir's or long folder names and i tried a lot of different things but didn't like any of them.

So if the old Download to new folder option can't be brought back, can $(NZBFILE) be changed to keep the dir filename strictly as the nzbfilename without the subdir? or do i have to go back to 5.59?

Thanks and sorry for the long post but thanks to my job, a lot of information up front will prevent a lot of confusion later.

In the advanced options, select "Old Folder Picker" and see if that does what you want. The more standard folder picker simply doesn't support using the subject to preset the path.
