How do I set it to download from nzb's into seperate folders

Currently I have the Main Download folder path set to d:\ news clutter

the download folder for nzb's and unrar folder set to d:\Extracted folder

However, anything I download it will just dump it all into d:\extracted folder and not into any sub folders within.

How do I do set it to do this? Surely there must be way.

The NZB options tab is really confusing and I really have no idea how to set it to extract or download into sub folders using the path above by using the watch feature (if that is how you do it) The help file points to version 5 and it seemed easier for that?
