Downloading ERROR messages... Please, help!

When downloading with Newsbin 6.3 from GigaNews, files in "download list" look incomplete, even par files are fragmented. Prior to starting Newsbin, I start GigaNews Accelerator app with SSL and compression enabled. I am getting following messages in continuous loop. Any ideas towards resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please, help!

The error messages say tat something running locally on your machine is blocking Newsbin.

Why are you trying to use the Giganews Accelerator app? Newsbin has equivalent functionality built in. It could be that causing your problems?
