I can't seem to find the option but I would like my downloads to appear in their own folders. So under Options > Setup I have my path set to "D:\Downloads".
I want every nzb I download to create its own folder. So for example if I download "Tv Show1" I want it to download to "D:\Downloads\TV Show1..." if I download TV Show 2 then it should download to "D:\Downloads\TV Show 2\..." etc. Does someone know how to do this? Currently it is downloading all files parts (rar and zip) to D:\Downloads with no sub folders.
Thanks.

NZB options let you add things like NZB filename to the download path. There's not enough detail to suggest much. How are you downloading? Headers, search or NZB?

I have the same problem. Is there a way to download to a sub-folder under the news group folder?

What versions are you using? Use the edit button near the download path and add $(GROUP) to the path.

I am using version 6.34. I would like to download to sub-folders within tbe group folder. Is it possible to do this automatically?

Your question is too wide open.
Can you use groups folders? Yes you can.
Can you make sub-folder in the group folders. That depends. You're not really giving enough information to guess at specifically what you're trying to do. Subfolders don't just magically appear, they have to come from something. What would they come from?

I would like each series of downloads to a newsgroup to be automatically placed in a sub-folder, named for the download, in the newsgroup folder as older versions on Newsbin did automatically. Is this still possible with the new version?

You can do it pretty easily with the 6.40 beta.
You edit the download path and set it to
X:\<Download>\$(GROUP)\$(SUBJECT)\
It tries to clean the subject up to group related files but, it's still a work in progress.
