Naming a folder for NZB file

How do I get NB6.40b4 to name a folder after the NZB filename for example "Thingamajiggers Jan-Dec 2011.nzb" would create a folder named "Thingamajiggers Jan-Dec 2011" in my download folder (p:\downloads\Newsbinv6.40b4\$(GROUP))?
