Windows 7 and aero peek preview window

Under Windows7-x64, the Aero peek preview window (the small window over the taskbar which appears on mouseover NB's icon) has three buttons. The first has a 2-rows tooltip with the same text in each row (download the latest group updates). The other two have no tooltip.

Looks like speed limit is missing a tool tip. Thanks.

The Pause tooltip (if one exists) does not appear too.
