Deletion Confirmations do not work

Sorry if this has been asked, but.......
if i want to delete a file from the downloads list or the failed downloads list i highlight the offending file and hit delete.
then I get prompted with a confirmation box....

sadly... if i think....ooooo... not that file, and select NO (do not delete)..... the file gets deleted anyway.

is this a bug, feature, or am I missing something.

If you check the dialog, it's not asking if you want to delete the entry, it's asking if you want to delete partial downloads from disk when you do. If you want to opt-out, select cancel.
