Speed nowhere near what it should be
Posted: Wed May 16, 2012 9:45 pmI have Cox Cable and the speed tester they supply shows my internet download speed should be as high as 32Mps, but since I installed NB 6.3.1 64 Bit I've never seen it go above 1.7Mbs or so -- and no, I don't have speed limiter turned on. Any ideas at all?
